Very clean, almost sterile environment.
I like J Bar's comment. Not too often does steamy, overheated, buggy Florida get called "sterile." But I can see his point.

I would have thought these were benches outside a hospital.

They look nice and sturdy. I bet they get hot in the sun though.

Being black, they look like they could get pretty toasty to sit on when the sun shines... as it does most of the time in Florida, doesn't it?
