Almost too modern for that location.

I agree with J Bar - one would expect something older in this place!
This is unexpected, and probably welcome. I imagine that stone corner collects the heat, too.
This citadel is amazing!
I'd happily sit here and contemplate the long history here for a while, hot or not.
Ciel, I think the glass is just for lighting. There is a big sound and light show in the Citadel at night.
I'll check it out better next time. I really have to visit there alone and not with touring friends from abroad who never have enough time to really see everything in the Tower of David museum.
