Maybe they decided it was too tight a squeeze for sitters, having two benches inside.
It's funny to see a tram almost exactly like ours in Jerusalem. (Well, ours ARE from France.)
Very modern! I sort of like it, even though I'm not exactly sure how you sit on it!
I think you sit with legs outside, It does look like half is missing.
