The house is being completely renovated, I took the picture by chance.
I like to hear that it's being renovated. I was going to say it makes me feel like taking a trip to the store to buy some materials.
The discussion about this bench makes the question that came to mind rather moot: does anyone ever sit here? Perhaps they will after renovations.
