Another nice religious bench from Trillian! It looks hard, though. I suppose sitting on it could be one's penance for being a bad person momentarily. Would beat going to purgatory!
This is a very handsome bench; I sure like it. What puzzles me is how intact it looks for a wood bench exposed to the elements every day. I mean, you've seen my sturdy wood garden bench and within a handful of years the weather totally destroyed it. This one still looks perfect!

Looks like a very sunny spot.
Very elegant bench.
Happy weekend to you and Trillan:)
This bench is more like a fine piece of furniture.
Oh Rome... Many years ago... Should come back to visit again!
God bless you!

Now that's a lovely weathered bench!
Hey Ciel, are you and I looking at the same bench? Do I need to get new glasses? :-D
This bench is outside the Church of Saints Sergius and Bacchus, a Catholic church of the Byzantine Rite.
The Byzantine Rite? I'd like to sit in on an Office there.
Benches are such a cool subject. This one warms the area with its color and shape.
