He deserves a monument...if ever a man worked under a certain duress and often under the derision of his countrymen, it was Eiffel. Plus, anyone who could actually live at the top of this thing for many months rates pretty high in my book.

I remember this statue, but at the time I wasn't noticing benches. Cool statue all in gold - and unexpected.
